Do I have to give you my passwords?
For each managed Social Media profile, we will need full access. This allows us to be an extension of your company and engage your fans and followers for you with no limitations. However, it’s worth noting – the only person who will ever see your passwords is the founder (Michael Smith). He takes your privacy very serious. The way it works is that he alone is responsible for setting up your campaign inside of our Social Media Management application (we use HootSuit). From there a team of social media marketing managers are assigned to work on your behalf, but always through HootSuiet. This ensures that no employees ever have access to your personal information.
Can I order the minimum package then add on a Facebook Tab?

Is the iFrame app actually available?
Not right now, we are still in beta and development with our Facebook apps. We plan to launch several of the most popular apps with VERY aggressive pricing soon. Make sure to book mark this site!
How long does it take to see traction?
Setting up a Social Media campaign usually takes between 1 – 2 weeks. A large portion initially is devoted to design and an initial promotional kick off.
How long does it take before you start posting on my behalf?
We start posting typically within 3 days of the order being placed. This all hinges on the initial phone consultation to go over your specific objectives and make sure that we are all on the same page with your social media campaign.
Do you offer other services?
We do, we highly recommend that you check out the available Add-on’s. One that we strongly recommend is our blog management solution. This ensures that there is always fresh content on both your site and we can properly syndicate to the various social media profiles.

Do you work with other Social Media networks?
With the Engage Pro+ you can choose up to 4 Social Networks. We recommend Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.com. However we can also provide services to create and manage content on Pinterest.
How come Pinterest doesn’t show up in my reports?
Pinterest currently doesn’t have an API where we or our providers can pull data from. Hopefully this will change soon!
